This tangy slaw is mayo-free and packs all of the flavor you like in a cole slaw!
Cabbage, 1 small head
Salt and Pepper
1. Chop veggies and add to a bowl.
2. Add lemons, vinegar, garlic, salt, pepper, and sugar to a bowl and blend with olive oil. It will emulsify into a nice dressing.
3. Pour dressing over the veggies. You can eat right away but I let this marinate for two days before eating and it was wonderful! Serve chilled but not cold.
