Almond Macaroons

almond macaroons

Ingredients:

Raw Almonds

Coconut Flakes, unsweetened

Coconut Oil

Maple/Agave

Almond Milk

Almond Extract

Himalayan Sea Salt

1. Soak raw almonds for 20 mins +, strain then add to food processor.

2. Add remaining ingredients to a food processor and blend to combine.

3. Chill dough for 10+ minutes.

4. Roll out balls and freeze.

I like to keep these frozen and serve chilled.
