Vegan: Day 20 and 21.

Breakfast: Vegan toast with PB. Opal apple.

Lunch: Black bean salad with rice and arugula. Clementines

Snack: Carrots with tahini dressing.

Dinner: 1/2 roasted sweet potato. Crunchy-Sweet-Tangy Salad (without blue cheese). Bowl of Tomato Cauliflower Zucchini Potato Curry-ish.Pineapple.

Breakfast: Date-Carrot Bar. Clementines.

Snack: Red pepper. Carrots. Clementines.

Lunch: Veggie salad and couscous salad.


Dinner: Saffron rice. Roasted Asparagus. Veggie Lentil Soup.
