Vegan: Day 19.

Breakfast: Date-Carrot-Cinnamon Bars.

Snack: Pretzels. Raw nuts. Clementines. Veggies: carrots, mushrooms, tomato, red pepper.

Lunch: Salad Sandwich (avocado, cayenne, cucumber, arugula, mushrooms, tomato, tahini dressing (tahini, lemon, red wine vinegar, olive oil, dried oregano, salt, and pepper, water)).Carrots. Mint patties. Homemade chocolate bark with cinnamon and cranberries.

Dinner @ Su Xing House: Tofu and veggie hot pot with glass noodles.
