Vegan: Day 15.

Breakfast: Pineapple. 1 slice vegan toast with avocado, cayenne, and salt. 1 slice vegan toast with crunchy PB and sliced banana.

Snack: Raw sunflower seeds. Beet-Ginger-Carrot Juice.

Lunch @ Kung Fu Hoagie: Tofu Meatball Bรกnh mรฌ with black bean chili sauce. Fruit salad: pineapple, apple, orange, banana.

I love that KFH is just a few blocks from my job. It is the perfect spicy vegan lunch cart! $5 and done! Try it if you’re in University City.

Dinner: Roasted broccoli rabe, onion, garlic, tomato with fresh spinach and polenta! Chocolate mint patties for dessert.

This picture didn’t come out how I wanted but the plate was delicious nonetheless. Roasting broccoli rabe is a YES!
