Vegan: Day 10 and Day 11

Day 10

Breakfast: Papaya citrus banana alfalfa smoothie. I wouldn’t necessarily do alfalfa again but it was edible.


Lunch: Roasted sweet potato with cinnamon and maple syrup.

Snack: Sweet and Salty Clove-Spiced Popcorn!!! AMAZING! I randomly came up with this combination several months ago and am OBSESSED!

Dinner: Toasted sesame hoagie roll with hummus, roasted peppers, arugula, and caramelized onions.YUM!

Day 11

Lunch: Vegetarian hoagie (eggplant, broccoli rabe, roasted pepper), chips, olive, pickles, and peppers. Mango sorbet.

Snack: Crostini with hummus.

Dinner: Arugula and tomato salad. Black Bean soup (recipe to come)!
